1. Right of Withdrawal
In line with Norwegian and EU consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. After notification, the item must be returned within 14 additional days.
2. Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following requirements:
• Unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All original tags attached
• Returned in original packaging where reasonably possible
• Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with these conditions.
3. Return Procedure

Include your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
You will then receive instructions on how to proceed.
4. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
• We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking
• We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping
5. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
